Behavioral Therapist:

We are considering candidates with an educational background or focus in Education, Psychology, Sociology or related field and preferably experienced in Applied Behavioral Analysis Techniques and/or School Shadowing. Paid training provided by ASC, including training covering: School Shadowing, Home Therapy Techniques, Social Skills Groups.

The Behavioral Therapist will be part of a team which utilizes Applied Behavioral Analysis and other Behavioral Modification techniques and strategies to teach children on the Autism Spectrum how to learn in the following areas: Motor Skills, Behavior, Self Help, Play Skills, Language Skills, Generalization, Academics, Social Skills, Theory of Mind (perspective taking). The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for School Shadowing and one-to-one Direct Therapy in the child's home. The Therapist will also be required to attend and participate in bi-weekly clinical team meetings for each client.

Part-time and/or full time opportunities are available.
